2 cups whole oats
1.5 cups coconut, unsweetened
1 cup coconut flour
1-2 cups chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life)
3 tablespoons cinnamon
3/4 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons vanilla
1/4 cup chia seeds

Directions
Combine oats, coconut, coconut flour, chocolate chips and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
On low heat combine coconut oil, honey and vanilla. Add chia seeds and let stand for 5 minutes.
Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Press mixture firmly into cookie sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes then cut into bars.
