4 tortilla cups

2 large tortillas

2 cups of strawberry-flavored yogurt or any yogurt you have in your fridge

2-3 tbsp granola

3/4 to 1 cup strawberries, sliced, or other fruits (banana, mango, etc.)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F

Spray muffin pan or four ramekins with non-stick cooking spray

Cut tortilla into half and line muffin pan or ramekins with tortillas (4 cups in total)

Bake for approximately 4-5 minutes until the tortilla cups become crispy

Add yogurt, granola and sliced fruits

This recipe is very simple and easy to make. You can use any flavor of yogurt that you like and substitute the strawberries with other fruits such as mango and banana.
