In a stroke of inspiration, peanut butter and nutella get combined in flaky pastry.

pastry for 9 in pie

8 tsp smooth peanut butter

8 tsp nutella

milk, for brushing

sugar, for dusting (optional)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Roll out pastry to 3mm/ 1/8 in thick. Cut with 4 in round cutter.

Drop 1 tsp each peanut butter and nutella into the centre of each. Fold pastry over and press edges with a fork to seal.

Place each pie on the prepared sheet. Make a small slit in each to let steam escape, then brush with a bit of milk and sprinkle with sugar

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, checking them after 15. They should be golden brown.

Let cool a couple minutes on the sheet, then enjoy
