Yield:
  • 1 sliced ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  •  

Directions

  1. Place banana in freezer; freeze until firm (about an hour).
  2. Remove from freezer and combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
