Ingredients

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1-2 tbsp oil

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

salt & pepper to taste

4 boneless pork chops (thick)

Directions

In a ziplock bag combine all ingredients except pork chops. Squishy ingredients to combine. Add pork chops and squishy some more.

Let stand on counter for 30 minutes to marinate or in fridge for longer. Always let your meat warm up on counter for about 20-30 minutes before grilling.

Remove pork from marinade (toss marinade) and grill over low heat for 30 minutes (thicker chops) or until done.
