Yield:
1 can chickpeas, drained
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup black bean flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 flax egg (2 T flaxseed meal + 4 T warm water)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 t cumin
1 t sea salt
1 T olive oil
2 T honey

Directions
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until the ingredients are combined and mixture is easy to handle.
Cover a frying pan with a thin layer of olive oil.
Shape mixture into chickpea nuggets and cook until browned.
Let cool ad pat dry with a paper towel.
Serve with your favourite dip!
