Ingredients

2 cups Brussels sprouts, washed, halved and outer leaves removed

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1.5 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, toss to coat

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a roasting pan

Roast for 35-40 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are soft and browned; flip them halfway through to keep them from burning
